Arc and Circle attribution
ArcNS is an independently developed and operated naming protocol built on Arc. ArcNS is not an official Arc or Circle product and is not operated by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Circle or the Arc team. The word ‘Arc’ in the ArcNS name identifies the network on which the protocol is built; it does not indicate ownership, authorization, or official status. Arc and Circle are trademarks of Circle Internet Group, Inc. and/or its affiliates. No rights in those marks are claimed.
.circle namespace
The .circle namespace is offered by the independent ArcNS protocol. Its name does not imply that Circle owns, operates, authorizes, sponsors, or endorses the namespace.
No ownership or endorsement claim
The ArcNS project claims no ownership of the Arc or Circle names, marks, logos, or other brand assets. References to Arc and Circle are descriptive only and do not state or imply partnership, approval, endorsement, sponsorship, or official status.
Network and user responsibility
ArcNS uses public blockchain infrastructure. Transactions are irreversible; users should verify the network, recipient, price, contract addresses, and wallet prompts before signing.
Nothing in ArcNS branding is a promise of financial value, legal rights, uninterrupted availability, or official recognition by Circle or the Arc team.
